Unuseless Links
The goal was to get “Chindogu” in the dictionary…to encourage random acts of unuselessness…to see a world come into being where two people could be talking about interesting chindogu they’ve made and we wouldn’t have to be one of the two people.
Have we succeeded? Not sure. But here are some things happening in the out there that seem, at least, encouraging….
Chindogu produced at Stanford University
Two beautifully constructed Chindogu (and a so-so one) presented by Evan Ratliff
Curiousite, a retailer of goods that resemble Chindogu
Look at this grade school lesson plan! We hit the big time!
Every site has at least one dead link–here’s ours
An essay that manages (somehow) to connect Chindogu, South Africa, and Noam Chomsky
Operation Patriotic Toilet Seat–a novel about gadgets that can track our “movements”
Heck, guess we may as well link to this guy…though we are overcome with a strong sense of déjà vu
